However, we reserve the right to Black List or Shut Down (our interconnected services) for identified users with malicious intent to harm us outside the Perimeter of our Online Services where an individual or partner with weak Cyber Policies and defences (knowingly or unknowingly). This includes throttling our Unlimited Data Use capped per day as dictated by our Tier 1 operators. Once you have reached the fair usage level, you can still continue to use the service. However, your priority to access the network will be lowered, where your experience may be affected when the network traffic is busy.
Some examples include :-
Exploiting vulnerabilities in internet-facing systems of our signed up users to gain access into our ecosystem identified by our Cyber Defence System.
Phishing and spear phishing to gain access with us via our registered users’ credentials over our Secure Mail Server or Social Connectivity between us and our users with Stolen WhatsApp identity or Fake eSIM QR code not generated by us.
In such unforeseen eventuality, user can inform us for immediate Remediation and follow up by logging a case with https://www.case.org.sg/casetrust for a Full Refund or with
https://www.csa.gov.sg to seek advise and rectify end user’s infected Attack Surfaces or even Home or Office Network Defences.
